The museum is located at 5 Gdańska Street. It was established in 2003 to celebrate the jubilee of the 150th anniversary of the local pharmacies and to mark the story of the Bydgoszcz pharmacy craft.
In the Museum one will find is a Herb Room, the Galenus Lab (unique in Poland), a library, a recipe room and a corridor lined with exhibits. There are over 7000 exhibits gathered, including, Fritz Kilian automatic tablet press of 1905, and several thousand books on history of pharmacy.
